Description:
Urivar is one of the bosses that you meet through the Vessel of Hatred campeign.
He was then added as one of the endgame bosses. You canm summon him in the Fields of Judgement. The Fields of Judgement are located in the Bloodstained Heights in Nahantu. As with most endgame bosses you have to fight your way through a small dungeon (in this case the Zealot's Expanse) in order to reach the place (in this case the Inquisitor's Circle) where you can summon the boss.
I haven't seen much of Urivar, though. I played a Necromancer Blood Wave build in season 8, which killed Urivar instantly.
It costs 12 Judicator's Masks to open the chest after defeating the Tormented Echo of Urivar.
