The Overgrown Tenement is the first dungeon the player has to visit for the new seasonal quest line in season 7 - Season of Witchcraft.
Gelena in Gea Kul asks the player to investigate an area in Gea Kul. There the find the entrance to the Overgrown Tenement.
In there you encounter a new feature in this season: The Exposed Roots. Clicking on them spawns some enemies. The same goes for the boos if this dungeon, the Enraged Headless Husk. Clicking on the Exposed Roots there first spawns an ambush of several enemies and then the boss finally appears. You have to be agile, as his blades are swirling around and do a decent amount of damage.
