The Harbinger's Den can be found in the Flayer Jungle in Nahantu. There you have to cross the Halls of Hatred until you reach the Lair of Loathing. Here you can summon the Tormented Echo of the Harbinger of Hatred.
This battle has several phases as the Harbinger of Hatred vanishes after losing certain amounts of health. Several gats appear which you have to destroy. But be aware: The Harbinger jumps at you from the larger gates and deals lots of damage. In my case: Getting hit meant death. So I had to try a few times until I finally managed to beat him.
To get your reward from the Harbinger of Hatred's Hoard you need 3 Abhorrent Hearts. So make sure you have them before fighting.
