The last seasonal quest in season 8 of Diablo 4 lets the wanderer travel to the Palace of the Deceiver below the Forsaken Gate. For this you have to be at least in Torment 1 difficulty.
The Palace itself is very short and there is no fighting involved, so you'll reach Belial, the Lord of Lies pretty quickly. Depending on your build this fight may be pretty tough. I'm playing a Necromancer with a blood wave build this time and didn't have much trouble with him.
Defeat Belial, then talk to Sayeena and you're done with the seasonal quests!
