Unfortunately YouTube hasn't reacted to the messages of my lawyer. So we decided to go to the next instance and sue YouTube for deactivating my channel and also for not telling me why (which is against the EU Digital Services Act).
The ES DSA explicitly states that the user needs to be notified of why a channel (or video) has been removed, giving exact reasons and for videos also the exact second in the video. None of that has happened.
